This Privacy Policy explains what information 91HomesJaipur (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be practical and easy to read; it is not a guarantee of compliance with every law, and we will update it if our practices change.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us in enquiry forms

Our enquiry and site-visit forms (on the home page, villa pages, the villas list, locality pages and the Contact Us page) ask for:

  • Your full name and mobile number (required);
  • Optionally: your email address, preferred property location, budget range, whether you are buying for your own use or investment, a preferred site-visit date and a message;
  • Your agreement to be contacted about your enquiry, with the date and time you gave it;
  • The villa you enquired about (if any) and the web page the form was sent from.

Advertising campaign details

If you reach our website through a link or advertisement that contains campaign labels (for example utm_source or utm_campaign, or Google Ads click identifiers such as gclid), the website remembers those labels in your browser’s temporary session storage while the tab is open and saves them with your enquiry if you submit a form. This helps us understand which advertisements bring enquiries. It does not identify you on its own.

When you call, WhatsApp or email us

If you contact us directly we receive your phone number, WhatsApp name and number, or email address, and whatever you choose to tell us.

Technical information

To protect the forms from spam, the website uses a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is kept for no more than one hour and is not stored with your enquiry. Our web hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested) for security and maintenance.

2. Cookies and analytics

At present this website does not use analytics or advertising tracking tools, and the website itself does not set cookies for visitors. If you log in to the website (staff only), WordPress uses the cookies it needs for the login to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this section will be updated to say so.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and share details, prices and availability of properties that match your requirements;
  • To arrange, confirm and follow up on site visits;
  • To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up properly and avoid contacting you twice about the same thing;
  • To understand which pages and advertisements lead to enquiries, so we can improve the website;
  • To prevent spam and misuse of the website, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Phone, WhatsApp and email communication

When you submit a form you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email. We will only contact you about property enquiries you have made or services you have asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us on the call or chat, or by emailing us — we will then stop, except for messages needed to complete something you have already asked for.

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (operated by Meta) processes those messages under its own terms and privacy policy. Enquiry notifications from the website are delivered to our email inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail).

5. When we share information

  • Service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, such as our web hosting provider, our email provider (Google) and WhatsApp — only as needed to provide their service;
  • The developer, owner or seller of a property you are interested in, when needed to answer your enquiry or arrange a site visit, and only with your agreement;
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. Third-party services and external links

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and developer or government (RERA) websites. When you follow those links, the other service’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as we reasonably need them to respond to you, arrange visits and follow up on your property search, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records or where the law requires us to. We then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details earlier (see section 9).

8. Security

Enquiries are stored in the website’s administration area, which only our authorised staff can access with a password. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents or financial details through the website forms.

9. Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law in India, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • stop contacting you, or withdraw the consent you gave in the form.

Email or call us using the details below. To protect your information we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by contacting you on the phone number you used in your enquiry.

10. Children

This website is meant for adults looking to buy property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
