1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the 91HomesJaipur website and to enquiries you make through it. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Purpose and scope of the website

The website provides general information about luxury villas and residential properties in Jaipur, Rajasthan — including areas such as Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Jagatpura and Ajmer Road — and lets you enquire about properties or request a site visit. It is for information and enquiries only. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, a booking, an allotment or a binding agreement of any kind. Any purchase is governed only by the written agreements you sign with the developer, owner or seller.

Nothing on this website should be read as a statement that 91HomesJaipur is a registered real estate agent, broker, developer or owner of any property, or that it is authorised to act for any seller, unless this is expressly stated in writing for a specific property. Before you pay any money, please check the RERA registration of the project (and of any agent involved) on the Rajasthan RERA website and ask for the relevant documents.

3. Property listings: accuracy and availability

We try to keep listings accurate and up to date, but property information often comes from developers, owners or other third parties and can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, accurate or current, or that a property is still available.

  • Prices, payment plans, specifications, areas, layouts, amenities, possession dates and availability are indicative and may change at any time.
  • Photographs, renderings and images may be representative or illustrative and may not show the actual property, finishes or surroundings.
  • Areas, distances and locality descriptions are approximate.

Before making any decision or payment, please verify all details yourself — including title, approvals, RERA registration, prices and specifications — with the developer or seller and, where appropriate, your own legal and financial advisers.

4. Enquiries, calls, WhatsApp and site visits

  • When you submit an enquiry or site-visit request, you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • Submitting a form, calling or sending a WhatsApp message does not reserve or book a property. Site visits are subject to confirmation and to the availability of the property and the people involved.
  • Please give accurate details. We may not respond to enquiries that appear to be false, automated or abusive.
  • We aim to respond promptly during business hours but cannot guarantee a response time.

5. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false information or enquire in someone else’s name without their permission;
  • send spam, or use bots or automated tools to submit forms or copy content from the website;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, interfere with how it works or introduce harmful code;
  • use the website for any unlawful, misleading or abusive purpose.

6. No guarantees about sale, returns or appreciation

Information on the website — including any comments about localities, growth, demand or investment potential — is general in nature and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not guarantee that any property will be available, that a sale will be completed, or that any property will earn rental income, deliver returns or increase in value. 8. Intellectual property and website content

The 91HomesJaipur name and logo, and the website’s text, design and layout, belong to 91HomesJaipur or are used with permission. Some photographs are used under licence from third parties, and property images may belong to developers or owners. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce or republish the content, logo or images for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 91HomesJaipur is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your reliance on information on it, including decisions to buy, sell or invest, changes in price or availability, errors or omissions in listings, interruptions to the website, or the acts of developers, owners, sellers or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website.
